Silas Update #65 (June 13, 7:23 am)

Silas is doing well this morning. It’s a big day for him. Hopefully.

His ICP is extremely low which is extremely good. He has been at 0 at times. He slept last night. He is headed down for a CT scan shortly.

Please pray for today. Please pray that the team can do all they planned to do today. Please pray that the results from the scan are good. Please pray that Silas can come all the way out of sedation calmly. Please pray for comfort and strength and endurance for him. Please pray for 100% healing.

Please pray for Ryan and I. This is likely going to be a long and emotional day. But we have nothing to fear. We will wait on the Lord. Through the dark and through the night. His love is most certainly our delight.

Please pray for our children. They are missing Silas, and the wholeness of our family, deeply.

  1. I have never had a child go through what you guys are walking through. However, you have the prayer support of our family. We will be walking through this day with you holding each one of you up in prayer. Psalm 130 was a great closing song yesterday wasn’t it?! Waiting on God in light of His word. We love you all!!!!

    Praying for a beautiful day today for Silas and your whole family, praying for strength, comfort, hope, and that most of all you be surrounded by LOVE throughout this entire day because you are all SO very much LOVED especially by JESUS our sweet and precious LORD who is the one that continually sends Love your way and continually reminds you of his presence, who is with you all and who will never leave you or forsake you. Sending prayers and love this morning for Silas and your whole family 🙏🏻❤️
